Rebecca Lowe, the creator of this program with over 26 years of experience and study in the specialty of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy and a 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training, has found that while people suffering from musculoskeletal issues can recover, they experience the greatest and most sustainable improvement when they are part of their own
treatment team.

Passive treatments can be helpful, but often are not lasting. Targeting the specific tissues as well as the global system with customized programs strategically using the Cube, a foam roller, stretching, and strengthening can be used to help create alignment and strength. Freedom.

I have found that the key to health and wholeness is being connected to and being wholly yourself, in every aspect. For some reason we aren’t always living this way. Our lives and who we are is not aligned. There are different reasons for this, but much is due to fear and anxiety, modeling, “tribe” rules, and not knowing how to hear, or trust what we hear.

 

This module will help you recognize what your body, mind, heart, gut, soul and spirit are communicating. Can you hear what they are saying? Are they all saying the same thing? Is your life in alignment with who you are?

Manual Therapy

Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) is a highly-specialized area of physical therapy that treats the specific problem, while also looking at the whole person and their lifestyle. Tools used in OMPT are joint mobilization/ manipulation, soft tissue techniques, dry needling, exercise, stress management tools, breathing exercises, self-treatment techniques, education in posture, ergonomics, and activities.
